Skara Brae is a Guild built on cooperative play in Massively Multiplayer Online Games. The guild is centered upon the strengths of like-minded individuals supporting each other in a friendly player-oriented setting with an emphasis on cooperation, consideration, and patience. Skara Brae is based on the Hilsbury server. Profanity in guild chat is discouraged and for the most part this will be a family friendly guild. Skara Brae is a casual guild with no playtime requirements where solo play is welcome.

The Vanguard guild will emphasize questing over leveling though both usually go hand in hand. Guild members should always treat each other with respect and dignity and behave in a manner that does not disgrace the guild. The guild will be run as a benevolent dictatorship with GREAT emphasis placed on player requests, suggestions, and needs. Criteria for guild advancement will be stated clearly and in a timely manner. Guild administrative duties will be seen to in a timely and responsible manner.
